Call Using Only Allows Deskphone in macOS Yosemite

Symptom

Unable to select Call using Computer or use a headset with a third-party library that supports Call Control.

Resolution

This is a known issue and due to end of development support for macOS Yosemite, it will not be addressed. It is recommended to upgrade to a newer version of macOS.
