Service extensions Auto Attendant, Ring Groups, and Call Queues show Incorrect Initials in the picture

Answer

This is known behaviour as the service extensions are associated with the primary admin user ID in the contact directory.

In some scenarios such as when making a call the picture will show the initials of the first contact returned in the contact directory matching the shared user ID

Additional Information

As a workaround, a profile picture could be uploaded to the primary admin user account and this would show for the primary admin and all of the service extensions.
