Calls Going to Voicemail despite Forward Settings
Symptom
Why do my inbound calls go straight to voicemail, even though I have busy, no answer, and outage forwarding rules set to route calls elsewhere?

Resolution
Please verify that the user does not have DND enabled in their Work for Desktop app.
A message box appears at the time of selecting DND in Work for Desktop that states selecting this presence status will route all inbound calls to voicemail.
