Making a conference call or 3-way call in the Work for Desktop application.
- Work for Desktop
- While in the Work for Desktop application, and in an active call, select Options (three dots).
- Select Add Call.
- Enter name, number, or email to select a contact.
- Select the name, number, or email of the desired contact, then select Plus.
- After the call is connected, select Options (three dots) again.
- Select Merge Calls.
