How to Make Conference Calls in 8x8 Work for Desktop

Objective

Making a conference call or 3-way call in the Work for Desktop application.

Procedure

1. While in the Work for Desktop application, and in an active call, select Options (three dots).
2. Select Add Call.
3. Enter name, number, or email to select a contact.
4. Select the name, number, or email of the desired contact, then select Plus.
5. After the call is connected, select Options (three dots) again.
6. Select Merge Calls.
