Unable to Reset 8x8 Password Due to Error


When attempting to reset your 8x8 Work password, you receive an error that reads, "Your company turned off 8x8 login."

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Go to Identity Management.
  3. Make sure the 8x8 Username and Password option is selected.
  4. Save your changes.
