Unable to Reset 8x8 Password Due to Error
Objective
When attempting to reset your 8x8 Work password, you receive an error that reads, "Your company turned off 8x8 login."

Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Go to Identity Management.
- Make sure the 8x8 Username and Password option is selected.
- Save your changes.
