Symptom

Deleted user showing in 8x8 Work for Mobile Company Contacts.

  • 8x8 Work

Resolution

Check the following:

  1. Log out and log back in to Work for Mobile to refresh the contact list.
  2. Confirm the contact is displayed in the Company contacts and not from the device or user's personal contacts.
  3. Check the user is not present in 8x8 Admin Console (https://admin.8x8.com/users).
  4. Check the uploaded company Contacts in 8x8 Admin Console (https://admin.8x8.com/contacts).
  5. Create a ticket for 8x8 Support.
