Symptom

When attempting to log in to 8x8 Work Mobile, I receive the following error:

Webpage not available

The webpage at com.eght.vom://oauth2redirect?code=82ed8ee7-6fe3-320c-a90d-ecf9dd311e4c&scope=id_token+sso&client_id=

could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

Resolution

Allow the installation of a browser onto your device.

Cause

The MDM System has locked down the device and there is no browser installed. Please speak with whoever manages this in order to allow the installation of a browser on the mobile device.
