Add New Time Zone for 8x8 Contact Center Reporting

Objective

Add new timezones for Contact Center reporting.

Applies To

  • Historical Reporting
  • Contact Center Dashboard

Procedure

  1. In Contact Center, go to Home > Profile > Miscellaneous Tenant Settings.
  2. Under Other Time Zone, select Edit.
  3. Add the needed time zone.
  4. Select Save.
