Add An Email Address to a Contact in Agent Workspace

Objective

Adding a customer's email in Agent Workspace to be able to select it within a case.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Agent Workspace.
  2. Select the Customer Tab.
  3. To add an email to an existing customer, search for the customer and select Edit (pencil icon). To create a new customer entry, select New Customer.
  4. Enter the information for your customer and select Save. Note: If you want to be able to search and select a customer by email, ensure the email field is completed.
