How to check Post Call Survey results

Objective

Check the results for your post call surveys

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Post Call Survey

Procedure

  1. From the Agent Console, click on the dots in the top left corner and select Customer Experience.

  2. On the Customer Experience page, select Post Call Survey with the survey you want to see the results for, apply the filters you want and click submit.

  3. Check the responses for each question and in the Response Breakdown select how do you want the chart to be displayed and if you want to see all the results, only those valid or invalid.
