Remove Contact Center Agents from Account Manager

Procedure
1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
2.Click Agents.
3.Click Edit (pencil).
4.Select the Queues tab.
5.Click Assign All.
6.Click Unassign All.
7. Click Save.
8.Login in Account Manager. If you have multiple accounts, login on the PBX associated with your Contact Center tenant.
9.Navigate to Accounts and from the left side select User Profiles.
10.Search for the account you want and click on Edit.
11.Uncheck Contact Center Agent box and save.
