Why do my agent's status timers not reset when changing between two sub-statuses?

Answer
An agent changing between sub-statuses does not reset the status timer.
For example, if the agent is currently set as Working Offline (Project) and changes their status to Working Offline (Meeting), the status timer will continue and will not reset to 0 because both sub-statuses are under Working Offline.
