Unable to Activate Channel Number in 8x8 Contact Center
When calling the Channel Number in 8x8 Contact Center, you hear an error message that says, "The number you reached is not activated. Please try again later."
- 8x8 Contact Center
- Configuration Manager
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Click Channels.
- Click Edit (Pencil icon) for the Channel Number that is not working.
- Select checkbox: This channel is enabled.
- Click Save.
The Channel Number was previously deactivated or disabled.
