How to Change FTP Password in Contact Center Configuration Manager

Objective

To change the FTP password in Contact Center Configuration Manager.

Applies To

• Contact Center Configuration Manager
• Admin
• FTP Call Recording

Procedure

Only the Primary Admin can edit/change the FTP password.

1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager. 
2. Click Home.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. Enter new FTP and reenter the administrator passwords.
   
5. Click Save.
