How to Include Custom Fields in 8x8 Contact Center Reports

Objective

To include custom fields in 8x8 Contact Center reports. 

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center 
  • 8x8 Agent Console 
  • Reports

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Agent Console as a Supervisor. 
  2. Select Work Offline.
  3. Click Tasks (calendar icon).
  4. Click Report.
  5. Click New Report.
  6. Enter a Report Title.
  7. Select the desired fields.

  8. Complete the report. 
  9. Click Download.
