How to Disable Scripts in Contact Center Configuration Manager

Objective

To delete or disable scripts in Contact Center Configuration Manager. 

Applies To

  • Contact Center Configuration Manager 
  • Scripts

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager
  2. Click Scripts.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon). 
  4. Uncheck the This script is enabled box.

  5. Click Save.
