How to Set User as Contact Center Admin in Admin Console

Objective

Setting a user as a Contact Center Admin in 8x8 Admin Console.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Admin 
  • Configuration Manager for Contact Center

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
  2. Select Menu (three horizontal lines top left of the page) Roles & permissions
  3. Select Assignments Create Assignment.
  4. Select VCC Admin (default) and the appropriate Contact Center Scope.
  5. Select Save.

Additional Information

If desired, you can now make this user a Super User in Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
