Transfer into a 8x8 Contact Center Queue

Objective

Transfer into an 8x8 Contact Center Queue. 

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • 8x8 Agent Console

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Agent Console
  2. While on a call, click Phone > Queue
  3. Click Transfer.

Additional Information

Agents can only Blind Transfer a call to a queue within the Agent Console.
