Change Your Workplace Number in Agent Workspace

Objective

Change your phone number in Agent Workspace.

Applies To

  • Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log in to Agent Workspace.
  2. Select Work Offline.
  3. Go to My Profile.
  4. Under SettingsConnectivity > Phone Setup, select Change.

  5. Select from:
    • Forward to phone number.
    • Use SIP URI.
    • Use Agent Workspace.

  6. Select Save.
