  • We don't currently show 8x8 Work services (Ring Group, Call Queue, Auto Attendant) in Contacts in Agent Workspace by design.
  • We hope to add this in the future.

Additional Information

  • These can be accessed in the Directory on the right in both Agent Workspace and Agent ConsoleAgent Workspace Contacts Directory.png
  • The directory can not be accessed in Agent Workspace via CRM integrations
