Unable to Log In to 8x8 Contact Center Following Upgrade to X-Series

Symptom

Login credentials are not accepted following Contact Center upgrade from legacy to X-Series.

Applies To

  • Contact Center Agents

Resolution

  • Following the upgrade, agents will need to log in to the 8x8 Application panel.
  • There will be a New Username (YourExistingUsername@TenantName).
  • Your Tenant name is located on your My Profile from your Agent Console, this can also be seen as part of the URL in the legacy login webpage.
  • There will be no changes to your password.
