Answer
The agent’s name that is displayed in the end-customers chat window is controlled by the agent’s Display Name in Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Log in to the Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- In the left panel, select Agents or Users.
- Double click the agent’s name, User > Edit User > General options.
- Edit the Display Name as desired.
- If Display Name is blank, then by default Agent is displayed instead of the agent’s name.
- Click Save.
- Have the agent log out and back in.
