How do I change the date format for 8x8 Contact Center Reports?


Changing the date format which is displayed when running reports from 8x8 Contact Center Historical Reports.

  1. Log in to 8x8 Agent Console.
  2. Click on the Menu button clipboard_eab8105ed4cf9b71bf3328f3825fad87b.png in the top left-hand corner.
  3. Click Profile.
  4. Under Personalization, you should see the Date Format option.
  5. Click on the drop down box which will show you all date formats available.

  6. Once the date format has been selected, press Save.
