How do I change my 8x8 Contact Center Chat notification preferences?
Objective
To change 8x8 Contact Center Chat notification preferences. You can change the preferences of the message, sound, and browser notifications.

- 8x8 Agent Console
Procedure
- Log in to Agent Console.
- Click Menu > Profile.
- Under Personalization edit Chat Message Sound.
- Select a sound from the drop-down.
- Select to enable/disable chat browser notifications.
- Click Save.
