How do I change my 8x8 Contact Center Chat notification preferences?

Objective

To change 8x8 Contact Center Chat notification preferences. You can change the preferences of the message, sound, and browser notifications.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • 8x8 Agent Console

Procedure

  1. Log in to Agent Console.
  2. Click Menu Profile.
  3. Under Personalization edit Chat Message Sound.
  4. Select a sound from the drop-down.

  5. Select to enable/disable chat browser notifications
