How to Transfer Chat Interactions to a Different Queue
Objective
Transferring chat interactions to another queue in 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure
- Inform the customer about the transfer.
- Click the Queues tab in the Control Panel. The Queues tab lists the chat queues available to accept the transferred interaction.
- Select the queue you want to transfer to and click Transfer.
