Single Sign-On Failed Error Shows When Trying to Login to 8x8 Agent Console


Why do I keep getting error " The single sign on failed. If problem persists, please contact your administrator for further assistance" when I try to log in to 8x8 Agent Console?

As a common practice, when Superuser accounts are created during the implementation process, they are not granted access to 8x8 Agent Console. They will see the Agent tab in their SSO login, but the error below will show up.

If Superusers wish to have access to the Agent Console, a 2nd user needs to be created and configured as Agent and Supervisor.
