Download a Call Recording in Contact Center Monitoring.

- Contact Center Agent Console
Procedure
- Log into your Contact Center Agent Console and select Monitoring.
- Click Playback and then click Advance.
- This will open up the Advanced Search tab.
- Select your filters and then click Search.
- Click on the recording you wish to download and click the Download button.
