What is the Agent Re-login reason code in Contact Center agent status reports and wallboards?

Answer

This reason code indicates that the agent's Agent Workspace connection was forcibly disconnected. The agent then responded by relogging in again. Contact Center will put the agent in the status they were in when they were disconnected. This issue may occur if the agent is using the Salesforce integration and open multiple Salesforce tabs which causes a re-login event, or if they open 8x8 Contact Center from another computer or another window or browser as there can only be one login at a time.
