Personalizing 8x8 Contact Center Interaction Notification Sound - Agent Workspace

Objective

Configure 8x8 Agent Workspace interaction sound preferences.

Procedure

  1. Click Status Timer > My Profile from the menu dropdown in 8x8 Agent Workspace.

  2. Select the preferred sound for incoming phone or chat transactions.

  3. Click Save settings.
