What kind of Facebook account do I need for a Contact Center Social Channel?
You need a valid Facebook account that has at least one page. If your Facebook account does not have a page, follow the instructions below to create one.
- Log into your Facebook account.
- From the left menu, under Create, click Page. You might need to scroll down.
- You will most likely use the Business or Brand type page. Fill out the proper values and create and set up the page.
- Once the Facebook page is created, it is helpful to copy the URL of the page to use when testing it.
