How do I run a report for all media formats in 8x8 Analytics?

Goal

This article explains how to run a report for all media in 8x8 Analytics.

1. In 8x8 Analytics, go to Detailed Reports and select Interactions.

2. Select date and time interval.

3. Select all the relevant metrics under the Customize Table menu and press Save within the menu.

4. Select Save on the upper part of the page.

5. Download report as .xlsx (Optional)

Your report will now show under Custom Reports.

The type of interaction ( phone / email / chat ) will show under the metric called Media Type.
