How to Find Abandoned Calls During a Specified Time Frame

Objective

Determine which calls were abandoned during a specified time frame and find the numbers that called.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Analytics for Contact Center

Procedure

  1. From the Application Panel, select Analytics for Contact Center.

  2. Customize the table to enable the Customer phone field.

  3. Navigate to Detailed Reports - Interactions, and select the desired time frame.
  4. In the Search or filter bar, scroll to Label is, select Abandoned, then select Finish and search.
