How to Find Abandoned Calls During a Specified Time Frame
Objective
Determine which calls were abandoned during a specified time frame and find the numbers that called.

Procedure
- From the Application Panel, select Analytics for Contact Center.
- Customize the table to enable the Customer phone field.
- Navigate to Detailed Reports - Interactions, and select the desired time frame.
- In the Search or filter bar, scroll to Label is, select Abandoned, then select Finish and search.
