How to restrict report privileges

Objective

Restrict report privileges to certain queues, agent groups, campaigns, for supervisors.

Applies To

• 8x8 Analytics
• VCC Configuartion Manager

Procedure

1. Log in Application Panel and Select VCC Configuration Manager 
2. Navigate to Users on the left side and select the supervisor in question
3. On the user setup page, go to Supervisor tab, and check Restrict report privileges. Check the queues, agent groups, and campaigns the supervisor needs access in 8x8 Analytics
   
   

Additional Information

If Restrict report privileges is unchecked, the supervisor will be able to see data for all the queues, agents, campaigns.
