Why is my customer Experience flow cutting off before the call has finished?

Answer

Customer Experience has a maximum of 150 events (the circles) per transaction. So if a call has gone through the script, creating more than 150 events in the Customer Experience flow, then it will stop and cut off, not showing the rest of the call details.
