Can I link more than one call to an evaluation in Quality Management?

Answer

Quality Management is transaction based. Evaluations are made on the transaction and only one transaction can be linked to one evaluation.

Additional Information

As a workaround, if a reference to another interaction is needed in the evaluation, the GUID of the second interaction can be added into the comments of the evaluation.
