How is the time zone set up in Quality Management?

The time zone is a set up so that all the calls appear in the local time zone. Learn more about how the time zone is set up here.

The time zone of the application is UTC (Universal Coordinated Time) and automatically converts to local time. This means you will see all the calls in your local time zone. At the database level, all times are stored in the UTC time zone.

For example, if a call is made at 14:00 UTC and you are in San Francisco (USA), you will see the time of the call at 08:00 as PST (Pacific Standard Time) is UTC-8. If you are in Romania (ROU) you will see the call at 16:00, as Romania is UTC+2.
