Creating a Calibrated Report in Quality Management 5.0.

Procedure

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Average Quality Scores.
  4. Select the Time range of either the Evaluated Date or the Interaction Date.
  5. In the Filter and Search section, type in Evaluation Calibration is: YES.
  6. Click Search.
