How do I check the goal assigned to a user and how do I modify the goal in Quality Management
Objective
Check the goal assigned to a user in Quality Management and edit the goal.

Procedure
- From the application panel, login to Speech Analytics and QM
- On the left side, click on the settings icon and Users.
- Select the user in question and on the new opened window on the right side, scroll down to the Goal section and observe the goal assigned.
To modify the goal, follow the next steps:
1. On the left side, select Goal Settings.
2. Click on the Goal you want to modify.
3. On the right side a new window will open and here you can modify the threshold, the color which will be shown in the evaluation and the user assigned.
