How to edit QA Templates in Speech Analytics & QM.

Procedure

Log into Speech Analytics & QM via the SSO Application Panel.
On the home page click the settings tab .
Under QUALITY ASSURANCE, click QA Template Editor.
From here you can view and edit created templates.
