This article shows you how to remove the sample calls from Quality Management/Speech Analytics
Quality Management / Speech Analytics
- Log into Quality Management or Speech Analytics via the SSO page
The Samples tab will always be the first tab to open on the search evaluations page in QM/SA
On the left options panel go to Setting-System Summary
Click on the "Remove Sample Data"
You will then be prompted to confirm your choice
At the top of the screen you will see the confirmation that the sample data has been removed.
