To change the name of a column in Quality Management, go to Calls under Information Display and select the column that requires a name change. Learn more here.
Changing the name of a column in Quality Management
Quality Management or Speech Analytics (QM/SA) v 4.5 and 5.0
- Go to Settings > Application > Information Display > Calls.
- Select the column for which you want to change the name.
- Type in the new column name.
- Click Save.
- When you return to the Search Calls page, the column will display the new name.
