Using the Consistency Drop-Down Menu in the Quality Management QA Template Editor
The Consistency drop-down determines if the evaluation's passing levels are calculated by a question or for the evaluation. Learn how to use the drop-down here.
In Quality Management evaluations, the Consistency drop-down is used to determine if the evaluation's passing levels are calculated by question or for the entire evaluation.
- Go to System Settings (gear icon) > QA Template Editor.
- Click New to create a new template.
- Name the new template.
- Complete the new template by clicking Add Section and filling out sections and questions.
- At the top of the page, under Consistency, select either Per Template or Per Question.
- Per Question:
- Click + (plus sign) to expand the first question.
- Enter 10 in the Points field.
- The Consistency Level bar appears under the Points field.
- You can drag the Consistency Level bar from easy to hard.
- Per Template:
- Click + (plus sign) to expand the first question.
- Enter 10 in the Points field.
- The Consistency Level bar appears in the upper right corner.
- You can drag the Consistency Level bar from easy to hard.
- Per Question:
- Click Save.
