Acknowledge the coaching received (Agent)
After an agent evaluation is submitted with coaching comments, the agent may receive an email acknowledgment asking if they were coached. This occurs automatically if the coaching preference is set to Always. If the coaching preferences are set to Prompt, whomever entered coaching comments selects the prompt that sends an email to the agent for acknowledgment.
To acknowledge that coaching did or did not occur:
- Open the email prompting for the coaching confirmation.
If you were coached, select Yes, I was coached. If you were not coached, select No, I was not coached.
A confirmation displays stating that your acknowledgment has been updated in your evaluation report
