Can't Switch Dashboards in Quality Management

Enable Authorized Groups option under Users to switch dashboards in Quality Management. Learn more from the steps listed here.

If you attempt to switch dashboards in Quality Management and find that you only have one option available, this may be because you are only assigned to one group with a single dashboard option. This problem can occur when the option for Authorized Groups is disabled.

To enable multiple dashboards in Quality Management

  1. Go to the Settings page.
  2. Open the Users menu.
  3. Look for the group you are assigned to.
  4. Add your user to another group that has a different dashboard option assigned.
  5. Check Authorized Groups.
  6. Click Save.
