Beginning in October 2021, some 8x8 Quality Management users are intermittently experiencing one or more of the following issues:
- Recordings not syncing and displaying to users
- Evaluations not syncing and displaying to users
- Periods of slowness
- Periods of being unable to log in
- Quality Management
- 8x8 Contact Center
Recording and Evaluation Issues
If you are experiencing recordings or evaluations missing, please contact 8x8 Technical Support. We will prioritize the syncing of those missing interactions. 8x8 is working to restore these recordings across the board shortly.
Slowness and Login Issues
Periods of slowness or being unable to login are brief and are being systematically mitigated as they occur. If you experience this, please wait 5 minutes for the site to return to normal performance.
8x8 has identified issues on the cloud infrastructure layer that is causing performance issues with navigation and the syncing of recordings and evaluations. We are currently working on optimizing to eliminate these issues, as well as properly syncing all missing recordings and evaluations as soon as possible.
