Why do I see both Active and Inactive agents in Search Calls report?

When I load the Search Calls page, why do I see both Active and Inactive agents?

  • Quality Management
  • Search Calls
  • Active and Inactive Users

Answer

This is by design. Quality Management allows you to search throughout the entire list of agents regardless of:

  • Assigned permissions
  • Active/inactive agents
