Filter calls by the average emotion overall
- Speech Analytics
- Average emotion overall
- Log on the application panel and select Speech Analytics & QM
- On the left side, click on the interactions icon
- In the filter and search box, look for Average emotion overall, select it, followed by is and the type of emotion you want and click on search. You can also add further filter to get the desired results.
- From the right side of the page, you can export the interactions.
