Call Details Do Not Reveal Call Records in ContactNow


Why am I not allowed to access call record to review the call details when clicking on the call ID?

It is seen that the call no longer belongs to this contact centre as the queue that carried the call was deleted. to gain access to the call details it is recommended to restore the queue from trash and then the access will be granted. This closes the link that the queue belongs to the contact centre.

Additional Information

deleting the queue from a contact Centre removes the link between the queue and contact centre and all calls associated to that queue breaks the query that pulls the call detail information that joins all the tables that store this.
