ContactNow: Does Answer Machine Detection (AMD) Work With All Dial Modes?

Answer

AMD will work in Predictive and Progressive dial modes. It will not work in Preview or Advanced Preview, this is due to the fact that Preview calls are treated as manual calls (as if the agent was dialling them).
