Yes, if you manually dial a number through the dial-pad and the number is already on one dataset or more as a customer record, then disposition the call, the system will update all datasets that have the same number on the records.
The system will automatically recognize that a number that has been dialed manually is the same as one in one or more datasets. Once an agent dispositions the call, the system will automatically update the record in all datasets to what the agent dispositioned the call as.
